Helpful Information
Clubhouse:
The Abbey's has a beautiful clubhouse available for use by our residents. We highly encourage the use of the clubhouse. Rules can be found in the Documents tab. For more information on reserving the clubhouse for your next event, please email Michelle LaMarsh, your clubhouse chair person.
Pool:
Come visit The Abbey's sparkling and refreshing pool. The pool is exclusively available to all residents and invited guests. When using the pool furniture and umbrellas, please remember to put the umbrellas down and if you move the furniture, please put it back for the next guest. The Pool Rules can be found on the Documents tab. For pool passes or a key to the pool gate, please contact Carol Allen, your pool chair person.
Gates:
An important feature of our community is our Gate. A copy of our Resident Gate Guide can be found in the Documents tab. Please review this guide for important information regarding the use and care of the Gates.
Website:
The Abbey's website is owned by The Abbey's Association, Inc. and is operated by your Board of Directors. The site is mobile friendly, however the print and download features in Documents are only available when accessed on a desktop computer. If you have a friendly suggestion regarding the website, please contact the board. Thank you! We hope you enjoy the website!
Mailboxes:
To maintain the beauty and uniformity of our community, all mailboxes should adhere to the current color scheme. Should you need to freshen up your mailbox, or need to replace it, the material to be used is a stain manufactured by Cabbot, Dune Grey (1467). This product can be purchased at Benjamin Moore Outlet or Lowes.
Architectural Control
The Abbey's adheres to the architectural control of the neighborhood as provided for in the Covenants and Restrictions, Article VI. For approval, please submit the Architectural Submission/Application Form to the Architectural Control Committee, which can be found in the Documents tab. The current committee members are listed on the Board of Directors and ACC tab.
